By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through abc58.cam (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your abc58 wallet within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. abc58 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified abc58 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of abc58.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.

abc58's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

abc58 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the abc58 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and abc58. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
